ART Overview:
Existing DevOps ART with 5 teams, each ranging from 7–13 members.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate the ART, including PI Planning, program demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Partner with Product Management, System Architects, and stakeholders to ensure aligned priorities and delivery.
- Manage and mentor Scrum Masters (2–3) and teams to continuously improve performance and adoption of agile practices.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies, raising concerns proactively.
- Operate pragmatically, leveraging SAFe principles in a way that best fits the organization’s needs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong background in DevOps, Cloud Security, or Infrastructure.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to confidently challenge ideas, raise concerns, and advocate for teams.
- Experience managing multiple Scrum Masters or ability to quickly develop this skill.
- Proven experience facilitating large-scale agile events and program-level coordination.
Operational Details:
- Flexible scheduling across time zones; core working hours centered on PST but accommodating for global collaboration.
- Onsite is a requirement for each PI Planning in Irvine, CA
