SAFe ART Coach

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering and supporting training sessions during an initial onboarding/bootcamp period.
• Coaching teams through the adoption of product development lifecycle (PDLC) practices and product ways of working.
• Participating in team ceremonies, observing team dynamics, and providing actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness.
• Working closely with team and product leadership to establish consistent tools, metrics, operating rhythms, and Agile practices.
• Tracking team adoption and maturity across areas such as team structure, OKRs, backlog management, roadmapping, product metrics, and Agile execution.
• Documenting observations, identifying risks and improvement opportunities, and escalating blockers when necessary.
• Developing transition and sustainability plans to help teams continue their improvement journey after the coaching engagement concludes.

Delieverables:

• Team assessment reports outlining strengths, gaps, risks, and recommendations.
• Adoption and maturity tracking across product and Agile practices.
• Action plans for creating and improving key product artifacts, including product vision, OKRs, roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, personas, and customer journey maps.

Requirements:

• Must be available to start engagement by July 15th.
• Maintain an active SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) 6.0 certification (mandatory).
• Hold or pursue additional SAFe certifications (e.g., RTE, SA, SASM, LPM) as highly recommended credentials.
• English-speaking environment (additional languages may be utilized depending on team needs)
• Coaches are expected to provide regular progress updates and status reporting throughout the engagement.
