SAFe Release Train Engineer

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a SAFe Release Train Engineer in an Agile environment, facilitating ARTs and ensuring successful development, integration, and deployment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills, driving the SAFe framework and ensuring effective teamwork and alignment with business and technology objectives.
• Ability to build trust, drive engagement, and create an atmosphere of self-organization among teams, navigating complex workflows.
• Proactive problem-solver with a focus on continuous improvement, enhancing team dynamics and delivery processes.
• Strong social and soft skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships, including developers, business leaders, architects, and other key partners.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, holding regular interactions with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and development needs.

Expectations:

• Proven experience as a SAFe RTE in an Agile environment.
• Expertise in facilitating Agile teams, driving team engagement, accountability, and self-organization.
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, continuously improving Agile delivery while ensuring quality and efficiency in processes.
• Strong social and emotional intelligence to navigate complex team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
• SAFe RTE certification, SPC, &/or other Agile certifications (required).
