Senior Agile Coach
LATAM (Remote)
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Support Client organization in transforming the ways of working by rolling out a new product-led and customer-centric operating model. Each agile coach will work with 3-4 pods per wave and support approximately 12-14 pods by the end of 2025.
- Provide training to wave participants during 2 weeks of bootcamp and support pods during breakout sessions.
- Provide 1-on-1 support to teams in preparing them for process rollout including but not limited to actively participating in regularly scheduled ceremonies, observing and providing recommendations aligned with the process playbook and working directly with the pod leadership to help implement leading practices and standardize on tools, metrics, and agile practices.
- Coaches will document observations and recommendations on a weekly basis and track progress against key categories to measure progress towards adoption and escalate blockers or decisions needed at the domain and sub-domain level.
- Following stabilization, coaches will create a plan based on observations and recommendations. The coaches will share with the product managers (PM) and help them identify those in their teams who can continue to help the teams improve and take the plan and recommendations forward.
- Subcontractor must provide the client with progress reports in a form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the client and at intervals to be mutually agreed by the parties.
