Key Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of capabilities and light configuration of Clarity modules, including financials, resource management, project management, roadmaps, hierarchies, business agreements, and idea intake
- Troubleshoot common technical issues
- Provide high-level system administration advice
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Clarity coaches to translate requirements into technical capabilities
- Recommend improvements to system architecture, data structure, workflows, and governance practices
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical experience with Broadcom Clarity
- Strong understanding of Clarity configuration, Studio objects, processes, integrations, as well as MUX
- Experience working with enterprise portfolio management or PMO environments
Preferred Experience:
- Prior consulting experience for highly configurable software platforms
- Familiarity with Waterfall, Value Stream Management, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Agile delivery, or Lean Portfolio principles
- Experience integrating Clarity with Jira, Rally, or other ALM tools
- SAFe® certification or exposure to SAFe environment
- Experience with Rally
- Experience with ServiceNow
