Key Responsibilities:

  • Working knowledge of capabilities and light configuration of Clarity modules, including financials, resource management, project management, roadmaps, hierarchies, business agreements, and idea intake
  • Troubleshoot common technical issues
  • Provide high-level system administration advice
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Clarity coaches to translate requirements into technical capabilities
  • Recommend improvements to system architecture, data structure, workflows, and governance practices

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of technical experience with Broadcom Clarity
  • Strong understanding of Clarity configuration, Studio objects, processes, integrations, as well as MUX
  • Experience working with enterprise portfolio management or PMO environments

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior consulting experience for highly configurable software platforms
  • Familiarity with Waterfall, Value Stream Management, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Agile delivery, or Lean Portfolio principles
  • Experience integrating Clarity with Jira, Rally, or other ALM tools
  • SAFe® certification or exposure to SAFe environment
  • Experience with Rally
  • Experience with ServiceNow
