SAFe ART Coach (PROACTIVE CONNECTION)

Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor Agile Release Trains (ARTs), leaders, and teams to improve Lean-Agile maturity.
• Guide organizations through SAFe transformations and enterprise Agile adoption.
• Facilitate PI Planning, ART launches, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and other key SAFe events.
• Partner with executives, business leaders, Product Management, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Release Train Engineers to align strategy with execution.
• Identify organizational impediments and recommend solutions to improve flow, predictability, and delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement through coaching, metrics, and Lean-Agile best practices.
• Foster collaboration across business and technology teams while promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Agile coaching experience, including coaching at the enterprise level.
• Extensive experience coaching multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within SAFe environments.
• Strong knowledge of the SAFe framework, Lean-Agile principles, and organizational change management.
• Experience coaching executives, senior leaders, Product Management, Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and Agile teams.
• Proven experience facilitating PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and other large-scale Agile events.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Current SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification strongly preferred.
• Consulting experience supporting Fortune 500 or large enterprise organizations is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
