• Scrum Master will support 3 teams (7-13 members each) currently running agile/scaled agile.
• The role will be a player/coach functioning as a Scrum Master while actively aligning with teams to coach and creatively enhance their processes, given that these are already well-defined and enabled Scrum teams.  
• This candidates needs Strong leadership skills, able to confidently challenge ideas, raise concerns, and advocate for what’s best for the team and organization.
• Candidates should be adaptable to changing and evolving organizational needs and goals.
