Duration: ASAP through December 19th, 2025

Rate: $90/hour

Duties/Responsibilites:

• Provide 8 weeks Scrum and best practices training and coaching to Agile teams.
• Work with 3-4 teams per 8 weeks and support approximately 12-14 pods by the end of 2025.
• Establish action plans to close adoption gaps.
• Provide 1-on-1 support to Client teams in preparing them for process rollout and standardization.
• Actively participate in regularly scheduled ceremonies, observing and providing recommendations aligned with the established process.
• Work with the leadership to help implement leading practices and standardize on tools, metrics, and agile practices.
• Coaches will document observations and recommendations on a weekly basis.
• Coach will track progress against key categories to measure progress towards adoption and escalate blockers or decisions needed at each level.
• Following the 8 weeks, coaches will create a plan based on observations and recommendations and share this information with the leaders in order to continue to help the teams improve and take the plan and recommendations forward.
