Product Owner

Fully Remote (Central Time Zone)

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Serve as the primary owner of the team backlog, defining and prioritizing user stories
• Act as the voice of the customer to ensure delivery aligns with business needs and goals
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Solution Architects, and stakeholders
• Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning, Iteration Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions
• Accept completed stories and ensure they meet the definition of done and quality expectations
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices and team collaboration

Expectations:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
• Background in insurance or financial services strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Guidewire or similar insurance platforms is a plus
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
