Skilled at partnering with Product Management, Release Train Engineers, Product Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives while improving predictability, team velocity, and business outcomes. Adept at supporting Agile transformations, mentoring teams through SAFe best practices, and driving successful Program Increment (PI) Planning, execution, and delivery. Broadcom ValueOps Solution Consultant, with Top Secret or higher clearance, to support Government clients in their understanding and utilization of Clarity. This role will focus on communicating solution capabilities, light system configuration, understanding of common integration points, and available add-ons on SaaS, on-prem, and FedRAMP architectures.

This role will communicate with executive leadership as well as operational personnel, helping them understand how their unique business processes can be streamlined by mapping them properly to the solution. Some clients may already have an implementation that needs to be updated or expanded, others may be net new and require an introduction to the entire solution.
