SAFe Release Train Engineer

Opportunity Duties & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and lead Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos, ensuring seamless alignment and collaboration across multiple teams.
- Serve as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, System Architects, and key stakeholders to ensure clear, strategic communication of program objectives and priorities.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to safeguard delivery timelines and ensure smooth execution.
- Support ART teams in achieving their PI objectives while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, value-driven increments.
- Track and monitor ART performance using key metrics, fostering transparency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
- Create and maintain an environment of trust, openness, and effective communication, driving strong collaboration across all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable personality that encourages open communication.
- Proven experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Holds a SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE 6.0) certification.
- SPC 6.0 certification is a plus but not required.
- Skilled facilitator and coach, able to mentor teams on Agile Release Trains (ARTs) effectively.
- Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in the role of Release Train Engineer (RTE).
- 6+ years of experience working within SAFe frameworks.
- Extensive experience coordinating multiple ARTs and facilitating successful PI events.
