Duties & Responsibilities
- Coach executives, RTEs, Product Managers, and Agile Teams in SAFe principles and practices.
- Facilitate key ART ceremonies including PI Planning, ART Syncs, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment of vision, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.
- Mentor RTEs and Scrum Masters to build servant leadership and team effectiveness.
- Support dependency management, risk mitigation, and cross-team collaboration.
- Drive continuous improvement using metrics, feedback loops, and learning cycles.
- Identify systemic impediments and work with leadership to resolve organizational blockers.
Expectations
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and relentless improvement.
- Enable ARTs to deliver value predictably and sustainably.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders during the agile transformation journey.
- Model lean-agile leadership behaviors and mindset.
- Promote adoption of SAFe practices across silos and value streams.
- Strengthen organizational agility through coaching, facilitation, and thought leadership.
- Maintain an active SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) 6.0 certification (mandatory).
- Hold or pursue additional SAFe certifications (e.g., RTE, SA, SASM, LPM) as highly recommended credentials.
