Duties & Responsibilities:
- Scrum Master will support 2-3 teams currently running agile/scaled agile.
- The role will be a player/coach functioning as a Scrum Master while actively aligning with teams to coach and creatively enhance their processes, given that these are already well-defined and enabled Scrum teams.
- Candidates needs Strong leadership skills, able to confidently challenge ideas, raise concerns, and advocate for what’s best for the team and organization.
- Candidate should be adaptable to changing and evolving organizational needs and goals.
Expectations:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in SAFe environments.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills to guide teams in Agile practices and workflows.
- Proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement and optimizing team delivery.
- Ability to drive teams’ engagement, accountability, and self-organization in a fast-paced, Agile setting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Local to Houston, TX and able to work hybrid or on-site full-time (40 hrs/week).
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), CSM, PSM, or other Agile certifications (preferred).
