Chad Williams is an ICON Scaled AI & Agile Transformation Coach, AI-Native SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT), since 2021, and an SPC since 2017. He has delivered SAFe training to over 2,000 students across Australia, India, Europe, America, and Africa.
Chad has led numerous large-scale initiatives internationally, including SAP deployments, Agile and DevOps transformations, and the introduction of design thinking and value stream management to major global organisations in the FMCG, Finance, Manufacturing, Services, and Fintech industries. More recently, Chad has focused on AI-driven workflow automation and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions, helping organizations enhance agility, innovation, and operational efficiency through the use of AI-enabled workforces.
