<p>Kathy Marshak is a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) Fellow, SPCT, and Principal Agile Transformation Coach with ICON Agility Services. With over 20 years of experience, Kathy works with C-suites, leaders, and teams of teams to guide the cultural changes required to sustain lean and agile ways of working. Known for her highly interactive and collaborative instructional design, Kathy has a unique gift for helping organizations at all levels conquer complex business challenges. Her work includes establishing internal coaching programs for major organizations and partnering directly with SAFe creator Dean Leffingwell to envision a 3,000-person program transformation.</p>
