• Senior SM with 5+ years experience - ability to mentor others in addition to taking on 1-2 teams
• Has previous project/program management experience and is able to work in a "hybrid" environment moving to SAFe, but with a pragmatic mindset
• Holds current certifications: SPC, SSM, PMP
• Experience assisting with PI Planning events and execution
• This is an exciting opportunity to assist with a scaled agile transformation focused on increasing organizational effectiveness.  There is also an opportunity to convert to the client as an FTE with great compensation and benefits package at the completion of the contract, but must be onsite at either location 3-5 days each week to become FTE)
